samba - Sep 2003 - krb5_rd_req with auth failed ?

I have no idea how my configuration became so unstable.

I have changed nothing, my configs are all the same.

Winbind works perfectly, but I receive (bad encryption) errors when the
authentication happens in smbd.

Please help...
