create mask is a bit wise AND with the permissions to anything not set
in the mask will not be in the final permission set.
force create mode is a bitwise OR so anything set in the mode will be
included in the final permission set.
For example,
create mask = 0644
means that group and other will not have write or execute permissions on
ewly created files. They might have read.
force create mode = 0640
means that the owner will always have read-write permissions
and that group will always have write permissiom.
