samba - Feb 2002 - Quota building w/ Linus' 2.4.x fixed?

I just built Samba 2.2.3 on Debian (unstable) w/ quota reporting
support enabled, and it seems to have built correctly w/ 
a Linus 2.4.x kernel.  Has this been fixed since 2.2.2?
