samba - Feb 2002 - RPMs for Samba 2.2.3 are corrupt

The RPMs for Samba 2.2.3 recently uploaded to samba.org have been found to
be corrupt.  They have been deleted from the server and will be replaced
with working versions as soon as possible.  This will coincide with the
release of Samba 2.2.3a.

What's the goal of 2.2.3a?

(right now, I'm hating quota again on rawhide, but RHL 7.2 and older
seem fine)

I believe just to make sure most people do not suffer from the Win2K SP2 
overwriting problem - if there's a choice between 2.2.3 and 2.2.3a, 
hopefully people will get 2.2.3a.
