samba - Jan 2001 - How to print on a SMB/GDI printer

Hello,

does anybody know if it is possible to print on a Windows GDI printer 
connected to a Win print server? I managed to popup the printer drivers GUI 
on the windows machine, but it doesn't start printing.

I'm not exactly sure what a GDI driver is, but I used the GDI driver for my
nec 1450N and it seemed to work ok
