samba - Jan 2001 - smbclient can't pickup large files

Hi,

I'm getting some weird results when listing a directory with a very large
(>3G) file:

smb: \> ls
  .                                  DA        0  Mon Jan 22 23:19:59 2001
  ..                                 DA        0  Mon Jan 22 23:19:59 2001
  daily                               A -195092480  Mon Jan 22 22:51:50 2001

                49669 blocks of size 262144. 29106 blocks available
smb: \>

which subsequently causes me grief when trying to back it up with amanda, as
amanda decides that backing up
-195092480 bytes is probably not in its best interests...

Is there a patch/workaround for this? I'm using 2.0.7 .
