samba - Dec 2000 - SMB Log Entries

What do the following entries /var/log/messages mean while using
"smbmount //cdm04/cdm04c /mnt/drive6 -n -c cdm01 -f 700 d 700":

cdm01 kernel: smb_get_length: recv error = 5 
cdm01 kernel: smb_request: result -5, setting invalid 
cdm01 kernel: smb_retry: new pid=1267, generation=3 
	then
cdm01 kernel: smb_get_length: recv error = 5 
cdm01 kernel: smb_request: result -5, setting invalid 
cdm01 kernel: smb_retry: new pid=1267, generation=3

Life is good and things are working.

An error with the connection to the server was detected. smb_retry woke up
smbmount and it made a new connection to the server. Unless you are seeing
some other problems it is harmless. It's just a debug message.
