samba - Nov 2000 - Access the UNIX via windows is so slow sometimes

I installed samba on  Solaris 7 , the version is Samba 2.0.7 for Solaris
7. But after then I always have this problem.

- when the Windows user (window 98, windows NT 4.0 , windows 2000) try
to access the resource shared by Solaris via samba , they often complain
that they can not open  the server .

Do you have the same issue ? Who can help me ?

What do you mean with "can not open the server"? You will have to be 
much clearer with your questions if you want answers.
