Yes, use:
Include = /etc/samba/smb.%L.%G
However, %G is the primary group. (This is the group number in /etc/passwd).
You can't control based upon secondary groups. It would need to
try each group in turn, or something like that, so it is not supported.
I think is says something in the documentation that %g is not "known"
at this time. It only gets resolved after authentication.
