samba - Dec 1999 - printing form linux to Win95

Hi,

We have a Win95 printer (HP laserjet 2100). All of my friends (their operating
system is Win95)  can use this shared printer. But, I have a Linux machine
(SuSE 6.1).  Samba was installed in my Linux.

How can  I use this Win95 printer from my Linux?

Read what's inside /some/path/smbprint.

Then do something like:

== printcap
brother:\
    :sd=/var/spool/lpd/brother:\
    :mx#0:\
    :if=/usr/bin/smbprint:\
    :lp=/dev/null:\
    :sh:

== /var/spool/lpd/brother/.config
server=WIN95NAME
service=WIN95PRNNAME
password=""

lpr -Pbrother filename
