samba - Aug 1999 - File timestamp different between SAMBA server and SAMBA client!

Hi, lists.

Im using Samba 1.9.18p10 on RH5.2 (kernel 2.0.13) and
Win95 client. When created new file from client, file timestamp
is OK but in my server its different.
I known the reason its timezone problem and the Samba documents
said to set TZ environment properly on the server.
But I dont know how to do it.
Pls. help me.
