Hello everyone, I am in the process of setting up Samba on an NT network and I am already running into problems. I have the book SAMS Teach yourself Samba in 24 hours and have pretty much read all of it. The problem I am having is that I cannot get access to the samba server on the network. I see the machine but no matter what I change in the smb.conf file I am still not allowed access. I am running it as a domain service and I have tested to make sure that it is running. First I have not set up a NT network before but I do have networking experience. To begin with what do I have to do to the NT network/domain to allow access to the Samba server other then adding it to the domain?
