I have samba-2.0.4b running on Solaris 2.5.1 - Works great. I want SWAT to manage the Netbios aliases that I have setup, but it insists on messing only with the smb.conf file. Is there a way to "point" it at the include file instead of the smb.conf? SETUP: Machine Name: enterprise Netbios Alias: constellation The /usr/local/samba/lib/smb.conf file has no shares or printers defined, but it does have the netbios "netbios alias = constellation" and the "include = /usr/local/samba/lib/smb.conf.%L" . The smb.conf.constellation file contains the shares and printers for the \\constellation server. This all works great - NO QUESTIONS RE: Netbios Aliases - This is a SWAT question. When I use SWAT to manager the server, all I see is the smb.conf file, not the smb.conf.constellation file.
