samba - May 1999 - Share Win95 files

I am wanting to share some license data files from a Win95 box out 
across a Samba controlled domain, where a Linux/Samba server is the 
PDC. I have enabled file sharing on the Win95 box and enabled sharing 
of the particular directory. However, I get the error message that no 
permissions are enabled and when I try to add users I get the message 
that it can't find a list of users. Is there any way to enable this 
directory to be shared by anyone logging onto the domain (Linux/Samba 
server)?
