I have fixed this in the 2.0.4 release by correctly
returning a RPC bind-nak packet when the "WINREG"
pipe is being opened.

For the 2.0.3 code you can fix the problem by removing the

#if DISABLED_IN_2_0
    { "winreg",   "winreg",  api_reg_rpc },
#endif

pair in the file rpc_server/srv_pipe.c.
