Connection to samba server from different workgroup
We have a unix server in our sales office that is running samba as a server on our corporate domain. For all sales personnel who have accounts on our corporate domain, connection is no problem for both file and printing services. The problem comes from a subsidiary sales group who needs to also print through this same samba server but they do not have accounts on the corporate domain and do not log into the corporate domain. They do have accounts on the unix sambaa server. They are trying to connect with windows 95 systems. This is how I have my printer section in my smb.conf file: [printers] comment = All Printers path = /var/spool/samba printable = yes writable = no public = yes Is it possible to be outside the default domain and still be able to access the printers on the samba server?
