samba - May 1998 - NISPLUS define

i have changed the name of this #define from NISPLUS to NISPLUS_HOME.
this is to avoid confusion with -DUSE_NISPLUS_DB, which is for nis+
back-end password database support (alternative to private/smbpasswd).
