Rubyinstaller devel - Jun 2009 - rb readline version of mingw distro

Might be nice to update the .7z distro files
(rubyinstaller.org/downloads) with the latest rb readline--or are they
already?

I find pointless upload new versions every time I fix bugs in the
related project. Next version is going to sport the update, but not
now.
