rsync - Mar 2014 - Permission Denied errors when trying to remove selinux contexts at destination

Hi all,
rsync: rsync_xal_clear:
lremovexattr("some/file/here","security.selinux") failed:
Permission denied (13)
  I understand why these errors occur, but don't know the way to suppress or
resolve these messages.
  Suggestions please. Pushing from v3.0.7 to a 3.0.6 server.
