rsync - Aug 2010 - In Rsyncd not work options exclude, exlcude from and charset

Daemon was started and tested on two different OS.

FreeBSD 9.0-CURRENT:

P.S. In /usr/local/etc/rsync/archive.exclude I recorded three different
versions of the path.
