Attempts to access the web page listed on line 140 of the README for version 
2.5.5 returns the message:
Not Found
The requested URL /rsync/ was not found on this server.
Apache/1.3.9 Server at rsync.samba.org Port 80

Woops, the "/rsync" has to be dropped from the end.  I changed the
README
for the next release.
