ERROR installing documentation while gem install rails (Win7 Rails 1.9.3)
Using Windows 7 Professional Loaded Ruby v1.9.3p545 (2014-02-24) [i386-mingw32] Installed dev kit (C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/site_ruby/devkit.rb) Tried to install rails at this point with "gem install rails". Process died and received the following error while installing docs: ERROR: While generating documentation for actionpack-4.1.1 ...
