Rails - Aug 2010 - MySQL rake db:migrate gives me dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: _mysql_init

Hi

When I do a "rake db:migrate", I get the following error:

If I log in to mysql and do a show variables like "%version%";, I get
his:

I am runing OS X 10.6.4 64 bit

Any ideas what is wrong?
