Rails - Aug 2010 - Data selection tools? [plugin]

Hi guys,

We''re working on a medium scale project based on tons of user data.
Some in real simple boolean forms and others in relationships between different
models. On the back-end (based on Typus) our administrator will run selections
on this data. We need that tool to allow for basic and/or searches based on
existing attributes and values.

We''re very flexible in terms of requirements and what not. I am very
close to building the entire tool from the ground up, but figured I should check
in with the community first to see if anyone has had positive experiences with
existing tools, if any.

I would love hear any thoughts you might have on this matter. Thanks!

I''ve heard good things about Searchlogic, though I''ve never
used it.
