autocompleter competing with saved form data in firefox
Hi all, I have used the sciptaculous Ajax autocompleter a few times now. A major problem I have at the moment is with a text field that has focus when a page loads. The text field has an autocompleter associated with it, but when the user starts typing, the firefox saved form data autocompleter appears first, and the scriptaculous one is partially hidden behind it. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to stop firefox from suggesting values that have previously been entered into this field? Re: autocompleter competing with saved form data in firefox
You can do it by: <input autocomplete="off" Hope it is what you are looking for.
