Rails core - Jul 2011 - Validation error message header not translated (activerecord.errors.template.header seems to be ignored in YAML localization file)

Hello, i am not sure where to report this, i have created an issue at
https://github.com/svenfuchs/rails-i18n/issues/118

It seems that activerecord.errors.template.header is ignored in YAML 
localization file.
Changing or translating it has no effect on the rendered header for 
validation errors.
