Rails core - Dec 2007 - Remove the old school "missing default helper path" warnings

Now we''ve moved to "helper :all" can we remove the
"missing default
helper warnings"? Have had plenty of similar grumblings from user  
groups peeps about it.

Yeah I thought this was the majority use-case these days... but maybe
