Rails core - Dec 2007 - TestResponse#binary_content() breaks if send_file was called. Verifiers needed

I''ve patched TestProcess#binary_content() (included in TestResponse) to
work if send_file in a test.

patch with test case is at http://dev.rubyonrails.org/ticket/8044
