Whilst I think in the case of the name_prefix option which is used
for nesting resources the current position is correct, I was
wondering whether map.namespace should go before the member action so
that developers can add a prefix before all the routes in a namespace
if so desired.
Also I was wondering whether map.namespace should apply to ordinary
routes (named or otherwise) as well as resource routes.
