Statistical Programmer

Key responsibilities:



 *   Develop, test, validate, document, maintain and execute programs in SAS.
 *   Prepare, document, and review data listings, summary tables, and graphs for
inclusion in clinical reports or presentations.
 *   Prepare analysis datasets for use by statisticians.
 *   Ensure analysis data and programming code meet regulatory and company
standards and are consistently structured to permit efficient programming,
reporting, and review.
 *   Respond to data requests from company team members.
 *   Perform quality assurance procedures on work performed by others.

Our Requirements:

 *   Multi-level position: Position title and level posted is preferred.
However, depending on background and experience, we will consider hiring at the
Senior Statistical Programmer level.
 *   The Statistical Programmer requires a minimum of two (2) years of solid SAS
programming experience, ideally with clinical data. The Senior Statistical
Programmer requires a minimum of five (5) years SAS experience in the clinical
environment.
 *   Both levels require a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in
Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
 *   A Master's degree in mathematics is preferred and may be considered to
offset minimum experience requirement.
 *   Knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems required. Good oral and
written communication skills are essential.
