R help - Jun 2017 - Back to back barplot

Dear Gentlemen, i want to create a back-to back barplot in R, close to a pyramid
chart, but with categories, please help;
Here is a sample,

Do a web search on "pyramid plot R" . That appeared to bring up
relevant resources.
