Apparently you do not have a required package installed that ggplot2 depends on.
How you arrived at that condition is not clear because you have not told us the
minimum information mentioned in the Posting Guide.
Since the typical way to install ggplot2 is to use the
install.packages( "ggplot2" )
command, be sure to let us know what happened when you did that. That command
by default installs dependencies as well as the package you asked for. That
means copy and paste your input command and the resulting output from R into
your email. Also give us the output from
sessionInfo()
