Dear Renato,
There's not enough information here to diagnose the problem, but perhaps the
following will help:
First, I have no trouble loading the RcmdrPlugin.temis package, either directly
via library(RcmdrPlugin.temis), in which case it brings up the Rcmdr interface,
or indirectly via the Rcmdr "Tools -> Load plugin package(s)" menu.
Here's the R session info from my successful session:

Like you, I'm running OS X Yosemite (10.1.1).
Second, I noticed that the command you issued was library(Rcmdr), not
library(RcmdrPlugin.temis), yet the latter was loaded. I assume that you set the
Rcmdr plugins option to do this. If so, remove that option, and determine
whether the Rcmdr loads properly *without* the RcmdrPlugin.temis plug-in.
If it does not, there may be a problem with your X-windows installation. Try to
load the tcltk package directly via library(tcltk). If that produces an error,
reinstall XQuartz. For details, see the Rcmdr installation notes at
<http://socserv.socsci.mcmaster.ca/jfox/Misc/Rcmdr/installation-notes.html>,
especially the section on Mac OS X trouble-shooting.
I hope this helps,
John
