It was mentioned on S-News that R has a generalized mixed-effects model library called glmm. I have not been able to locate this on CRAN. Which package should I look for and would this be on CRAN or at another location? Thanks -- Carlos Carroll, M.S. ThanksI suspect that the reference was to the glmm _function_ in my repeated library available at www.alpha.luc.ac.be/~jlindsey/rcode.html Jim -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- r-help mailing list -- Read http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/~hornik/R/R-FAQ.html Send "info", "help", or "[un]subscribe" (in the "body", not the subject !) Jim Lindsey has some related libraries not on CRAN (AFAIK): see the FAQ. But I read S-news and cannot find any reference there to R libraries for GLMM (aka packages). Jim''s libraries do not cover the case discussed on S-news, as I understand it. -- Brian D.
