Does anyone have a version of plot.hclust that allows something like a "horiz=T" flag that plots the tree horizontally instead of vertically? Alternatively, is there a way to tell R to plot things sideways? I am using layout() to set up various plots of trees and other things and want to be able to orient them in different ways in the different figures. The idea is something like the example from the layout man page showing a scatterplot with marginal histograms, except I want to plot something else with marginal cluster trees. Thanks for any help. dave -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- r-help mailing list -- Read http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/~hornik/R/R-FAQ.html Send "info", "help", or "[un]subscribe" (in the "body", not the subject !)
