R help - Oct 1998 - Calling R-Functions from C ?

Is there a way to call R-Functions from C directly ? Is there an API

Any comments are welcome.

Yes. The call_R mechanism (also known as call_S for compatibility).

Probably, the quickest way to see how it works is to look at the
demos/dynload example.
