[Rd] R CMD CHECK doesn't allow --configure-args (PR#5344)
Full_Name: Byron Ellis Version: R-devel OS: Mac OS X Submission from: (NULL) (24.10.67.29) Unline R CMD INSTALL, R CMD CHECK does not allow --configure-args to be passed. This is unfortunate as R CMD CHECK attempts to build the package, running any configure scripts that may be around thus failing on platforms that require configuration arguments to build properly.
