R devel - Dec 1999 - Where should iofflush.c be? (PR#363)

Here is the output of R -d gdb:

I run Linux with the glibc2.1.2 and gcc2.95.2 on the 2.2.10 kernel.  What
am I missing?

A 'bt' command to make gdb show where *in R* you get into that kind of
trouble... iofflush.c is probably inside glibc somewhere and you don't
have the source. Looks like a configuration/build/install kind of
error, so what did you do to deserve the above?
