qemu discuss - Oct 2006 - Further QEMU 0.8.2 testing with sparcv8plus

the disk is recognized as blank and a partition gets created fine

then format

there are minor graphics cludges during the install

If the screen on the host goes blank because I walked away then the qemu
screen is blank also

if I move the mouse the qemu session seems to repaint horizontal lines

until I move my mouse over the entire qemu screen it will stay blank in
those regions

after some time during the install I get a memory error :

this is soon followed by a real problem :

all in all this process took 2 hours .. mostly because I walked away when
the install started.

not too sure what to do at this point other than give up
