Puppet users - Oct 2014 - LoadError: no such file to load -- facter/util/file_read

Hi,

I am am trying to execute my puppet facts using irb. so when i use irb. It 
is throwing me error. No such file to load -- facter/util/file_read

*$irb*
*irb(main):001:0> require 'facter/util/file_read'*
*LoadError: no such file to load -- facter/util/file_read*
*        from (irb):1:in `require'*
*        from (irb):1*
*        from :0*
*irb(main):002:0> require 'facter'*
*LoadError: no such file to load -- facter*
*        from (irb):2:in `require'*
*        from (irb):2*
*        from :0*

Anyone help me
