Puppet users - Mar 2014 - How to install puppet on ubuntu 13.10?

Hi,

I run the following commands to install puppet on ubuntu 13.10. But they 
are not successful. Does anybody know what is the correct way to install 
puppet on ubuntu 13.10? Thanks.

wget https://apt.puppetlabs.com/puppetlabs-release-saucy.deb
sudo dpkg -i puppetlabs-release-saucy.deb
sudo apt-get upgrade


pengy@lithium:/tmp$ sudo apt-get -f install puppetmaster-passenger

puppetmaster-passenger is already the newest version.
You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
