Puppet users - Dec 2013 - Error: undefined method `use_ssl=' for #<Puppet::Network::HTTP::Connection

I`m getting this error while trying to run "puppet code classify":

Error: undefined method `use_ssl=' for
#<Puppet::Network::HTTP::Connection

Debian sid, Puppet 3.2.4, ruby 1.8.7

Full command example:
puppet  node classify --debug --verbose --node-group groupname 
--enc-server=servername --enc-port=3000 node_name

How can I solve this?
