All of those are supported. Here are the relevant docs.

You''ll need to upgrade your Puppet Master to the 2.7 series at least,
though I''d recommend moving to 3.1. This article in the docs should
help
you with your upgrade.

Puppet has supported Windows agents for a long time now in the enterprise
product and for a while longer in FOSS Puppet. I personally consider it
production-ready and know of a few shops that depend on Puppet for their
production Windows deployments.
Most of the regular Puppet types work fine on Windows. More details can be
found in this doc: http://docs.puppetlabs.com/windows/#resource-types
I also urge you to check out Windows modules on the Puppet Forge. Many are
maintained by the same community members that run Puppet in production.
