Puppet users - Oct 2012 - Facter not parsing puppet_enterprise_installer.txt

I have 2 puppet clients, 1 works, and 1 doesn''t.

When I run facter, I get this line on the working one: 
Parsing /etc/puppetlabs/facter/facts.d/puppet_enterprise_installer.txt 
using txt_parser

but it doesn''t show up on the broken client. 

How can I make facter parse that file?
