Hi Does Puppet support SCAP? If yes, how do you use it? If no, have you thought about it? Is it possible? Have you dismissed the idea completely? If it does support SCAP or will in the future, will the operating system be a factor, i.e. will it support both Linux and Windows? Have you seen SecState ? https://fedorahosted.org/secstate/ “Sometimes I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.” Bill Waterson (Calvin & Hobbes) ----- Kiki <kirila-iliyanova.adamova@ch.abb.com> wrote:> Hi > > Does Puppet support SCAP? Hi I had a look at secstate, but from what I understood you can only audit and remediate local systems and for now just on Fedora. I tried to ask them a few questions, but they are not as responsive as puppet :). Is secstate working in cooperation with puppet or are they independent from you? I.e. since secstate is already working with integrating scap and puppet, does that mean you are not going to do it? Thank you for your help!
