Puppet users - Dec 2011 - Could not autoload active_record: uninitialized constant ActiveRecord

Hi
I am trying to configure puppet 2.7.9 for storeconfig with mysql. But
some how I am unable to get it done.
I have installed rubyenterprise for mysql but whenever I connect
puppet I get the error

err: Cached catalog for demo failed: Could not autoload active_record:
uninitialized constant ActiveRecord
info: Expiring the node cache of demo
err: Could not autoload active_record: uninitialized constant
ActiveRecord


I have searched all over the group and the internet But I am unable to
resolve the error.

My config :  Centos 6 with 1 gb RAM

It sounds like the activerecord gem is not installed. I recommend reviewing
the stored config page here:

I have installed activerecord gem but still the error comes.Do I need to 
add the locaton of the gem in some config file of puppet?
