Puppet users - Nov 2010 - The Professional Services team at Puppet Labs

Hi all

It''s been a while since we introduced our professional services team to
the community.  They lurk on the list quite a bit and help answer
questions and queries (their elite skills are also available for hire!).

rescued from a life of log management as a security analyst.

And as our in-house project manager the estimable Jose Palafox - who
many of you probably saw at Puppet Camp doing all the hard work whilst
Luke and I swanned around.
