Puppet users - Apr 2008 - Full time Systems Engineer position at CitySafe

We''re currently looking for a new Systems Engineer here at CitySafe in
London and thought the Puppet list would have some like-minded people
that would be interested in the position.

CitySafe is a small, dynamic, London based company who build mission
critical systems used by the police, local government and private
sector to help train for, respond to, and recover from disruptive
events.

Our infrastructure is primarily based in a decommissioned nuclear
bunker which fails over to a cloud computing provider. We need someone
to work with us to help develop this infrastructure to provide a
reliable and resilient service to host our Ruby on Rails applications.

Technologies used include:

    * CentOS 5
    * Puppet, Monit, Nagios, God and Heartbeat
    * Ruby and Rails
    * Apache, PostgreSQL and PostGIS
    * Memcache
    * Git and Subversion

We''re looking for a proactive individual who will grow with the
company. Linux experience is essential, with any previous systems
administration/engineering experience being a bonus.

We''re offering a salary of £35-50k, depending on experience, with
perks including flexible working hours, allowances for training,
conferences and books, and access to the company bonus scheme.
