Pkg xen devel - Mar 2011 - Bug#600241: #600241: Xen Hypervisor can only boot if "acpi=off" parameter

I have a similar problem.
Hardware configuration:
 - IBM x3850 server
 - 6GB DDR2 RAM
 - IBM ServeRAID 8i configured to RAID0
 - 2x DualCore Xeon processors with HyperThreading. The following
options available for CPU:
    - HyperThreading
    - Processor Adjacent Selector Prefetch
    - Processor Hardware Prefetcher
    - Processor Execute Disable Bit
    - Intel Virtualization Technology

With ACPI on, the hypervisor boots normally, but when it tries to load
the dom0 kernel, the kernel fails. With ACPI off, the kernel is being
loaded but can't  find the root filesystem. Setting the CPU options on
or off didn't have any visual effect, but I also attach these cases
logs.
I've also tried debian unstable with 2.6.37 kernel (with PV-ops). It
boots normally, but I didn't try to create any domU. Anyway i'ts not a
good idea to use unstable on the server.

About the attachments. I added these options into /etc/default/grub:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="console=hvc0 earlyprintk=xen nomodeset

GRUB_TERMINAL=serial
GRUB_SERIAL_COMMAND="serial --speed=9600 --unit=0 --word=8 --parity=no

and captured the output on the serial console.
booting_acpi-off_VT-off.log -- acpi=off and all mentioned CPU options disabled
booting_acpi-on_VT-off.log -- acpi=on and all mentioned CPU options disabled
booting_acpi-off_VT-on.log -- acpi=off and all mentioned CPU options enabled
booting_acpi-on_VT-on.log -- acpi=on and all mentioned CPU options enabled
