I am using STM32 for encoding and decoding Opus - all works except for...
I am using an 8000Hz sample rate so CELT is never used.
Is there a way to stop it malloc'ing the ram for CELT as on an embedded
system it is a bit of a waste, especially as I am using two encoders/decoders.
I have always had a problem with the encode having 'clicking' artifacts
- file link attached - this is not the direct PCM but recorded by Audacity off
the PC output using a PC based decoder which I know works OK.

All encoders and decoders are the latest Opus release.
It is recording both discrete channels and the source is BBC Radio 4...
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Andy.
